1. Website content

The author assumes no responsibility for the topicality, accuracy, completeness and quality of the information provided. Liability claims asserted against the author on account of material or immaterial damages caused by use or non-use of the information presented or by use of incorrect or incomplete information are fundamentally excluded insofar as there is no demonstrably wilful or grossly negligent fault on the part of the author.
All offers are subject to change and non-binding. The author expressly reserves the right to modify, supplement or delete parts of the site or the entire website, or to temporarily or permanently cease publication of parts of the site or the entire website, without separate notice.

2. References and links
In the case of direct or indirect references to external websites (links) that fall outside the author’s area of responsibility, a liability obligation would only apply if the author has knowledge of the content and it would be technically possible and reasonable for the author to prevent use in the case of unlawful content.
The author therefore expressly states that, at the time of including the links, the relevant linked sites did not contain any illegal content. The author has no influence whatsoever on the current and future design or the content of the linked sites. As a result, the author hereby expressly disassociates itself from all content on all linked sites. This disassociation applies to all links and references made in the author’s website and to third-party entries made in guestbooks, discussion forums and mailing lists set up by the author. In the case of illegal, inaccurate or incomplete content and in particular in the case of damage caused by the use or non-use of such information presented, the provider of the site referenced/linked assumes sole liability and not the party who simply references the relevant publication via links.

3. Copyright and trademark law
In all publications, the author shall endeavour to observe the copyright of graphics, audio files, video sequences and texts, to use graphics, audio files, video sequences and texts it has created itself or to use graphics, audio files, video sequences and texts that are in the public domain.
All brands and trademarks specified and, where applicable, protected by third parties within the website are subject to the provisions of the applicable trademark law and the rights of ownership of the relevant registered owner without restriction. It is not to be assumed that because a trademark is mentioned, it is not legally protected by a third party.

The distribution or modification of the content on this site, including framing and similar measures, is not permitted. Furthermore, this content may not be copied, distributed, modified or made accessible to third parties without the author’s express written consent.

4. Licence rights
HumanTech Germany GmbH wants to provide you with an innovative and informative website. We hope that we meet your expectations. However, we would like to point out by way of precaution that the intellectual property contained in the website, including patents, brands and copyrights, is legally protected. This website does not grant any licence to use the intellectual property of HumanTech Germany GmbH. The duplication, distribution, reproduction, transmission or other use is not permitted without the written consent of HumanTech Germany GmbH.

5. Validity of this liability exclusion
This liability exclusion is to be considered as part of the website from which the reference to this page was made. If parts of this text or individual phrases in this text do not correspond to the applicable legal situation completely or at all, or if they no longer correspond to the applicable legal situation, this will not affect the content and validity of the rest of the document.

6. Data privacy
HumanTech Germany GmbH takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data as confidential and in accordance with the applicable data protection provisions and this privacy policy.

Third-party content such as videos from YouTube, maps from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites may be integrated in this website. Such cases always require the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as ‘third-party providers’) to see users’ IP addresses. This is because without the IP address, they could not send the content to the browser of the relevant user. The IP address is therefore required to display this content. We endeavour only to use content whose providers use the IP address solely for the purposes of delivering the content. However, we have no influence over whether the third-party providers store the IP address, for example, for statistical purposes. Where this is known to us, we will inform users accordingly.

Our website uses Google +1 functions. The provider is Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
Collection and disclosure of information: With the Google +1 button, you can publish information worldwide.
